2. What Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We also store your chat history so it can be synced across your devices when you are signed in. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment details at this time.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used solely to identify your account and send you a confirmation email when you sign up. Your chat history is stored so you can access previous conversations. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
Apex AI uses Supabase to store account data and chat history securely. AI responses are powered by Groq. Both services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review. Your messages are sent to Groq's API to generate responses but are not permanently stored by Groq.
5. Guest Users
If you use Apex AI as a guest, no account is created and no data is stored on our servers. Your chat history is saved only in your browser's local storage and is deleted when you clear your browser data.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us via
